2. Eligibility

We offer coaching, courses, resources and related services. All descriptions are subject to change.

4. User Accounts

  • You may register for an account to book services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

5. Booking and Payment

  • Coaching sessions and courses require advance payment.
  • All fees are in INR and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments are processed by authorised payment gateways; we are not responsible for gateway errors.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site (text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video) is owned or licensed by us.
  • You may view and download for personal use only.
  • Any other use (reproduction, distribution, modification) requires our written permission.

7. User Conduct
You agree not to:

  • Use the site for illegal purposes.
  • Upload harmful code or spam.
  • Harass or impersonate others.
  • Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

8. Disclaimers

  • No Guarantee of Results: Coaching and courses are offered “as is”. Individual results may vary.
  • No Professional Advice: Content is for educational purposes and does not substitute for financial, legal or medical advice.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss or damage arising from your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.

Return and Refund Policy

  1. Scope
    All offerings on sandeepghag.com: including 1:1 coaching sessions, group workshops, digital courses, and downloadable resources are professional services and educational products.
     
  2. No Returns
    As our services are delivered digitally or in person and involve significant time investment, we do not accept returns of any kind.
     
  3. No Refunds
    All fees paid for coaching sessions, programmes, workshops and digital products are final and non-refundable. By enrolling in a course or booking a session, you agree that you will not request a refund under any circumstances.
     
  4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
     
    • Coaching Sessions: You may reschedule a 1:1 session up to 24 hours before its start time without additional charge.
       
    • Workshops & Group Programmes: If you cannot attend, you may transfer your seat to another upcoming cohort (subject to availability) provided you notify us at least 7 days in advance.
       
    • No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled session or workshop without rescheduling forfeits the fee paid.
       

  1. Exceptional Circumstances
    In rare cases of prolonged illness or personal emergency, you may request a one-time credit toward future services by emailing email@sandeepghag.com with supporting documentation. Approval is at our sole discretion and does not guarantee a refund.
     
  2. Chargebacks
    Any chargeback initiated through your payment provider will be contested. You remain liable for all fees and any associated chargeback costs.
     
  3. Policy Updates
    We may modify this policy at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
